Core Principles

Our Philosophy is based on 4 Core principles.

1. Providing Genuine Care

We listen to you and want to help you reach your goals and be your best. Our team members are highly trained and continue to expand their expertise. Our team treat you like a friend or family member in a happy and caring environment where we strive to provide the best outcomes.

2. Providing Outstanding Customer Service

From your initial contact with our front office team, to treatment, consultation and follow up, we take pride in delivering professional service of the highest quality.

3. Deliver a Solution

By listening to you and communicating with you in recovering from injury or maximising your potential, we believe that a better understanding of your problem and what is involved, helps you in reaching your goals.

The better your understanding of your body, your condition, your response to injury, movement and treatment the more engaged you become in reaching your goals. Our 3 step Pain to Performance pathway will get you back to being your best.

4. Provide Great Facilities

To ensure you feel comfortable and get the best results, we provide you and our team an environment with the latest in facilities to deliver your individualised ideal care. From acute injury management through to our functional exercise and Pilates studio we have all you need to reach your goals.

Our Pain to Performance Model

Firstly, we address your issues or injury by accurately assessing and treating your pain to get you moving.

We then move on to the achieve phase once you are out of pain or the pain has settled considerably. Here, we thoroughly assess your movement patterns. This allows you to achieve better movement and address and eliminate the factors that contribute to your issues or injury with a personalised exercise programme. This reduces your risk of further pain or injury. Here is where you will build a strong platform, progressing from hands-on treatment to exercise-based programmes including our Fex360 and clinical Pilates.

When you reach the attain phase, this is where the fun starts. Our team love helping people be their best and reach their goals—and even showing them how much more they can achieve with the right coaching and support. This ultimately makes you stronger and less likely to reinjure or reaggravate through better stability, strength, functional resilience, and confidence.
