Balance, Strength and Mobility Classes

There are times for one reason or another we notice a gradual or even sudden decline in our balance, strength and or mobility. This may be from an injury or illness which has enforced decreased activity or a gradual decline over time from less activity and or the inevitable aging process.

Loss of balance, mobility and strength can cause uncertainty and decreased confidence in our ability to do things which would normally seem easy. When this lack of confidence or even over confidence combined with balance or mobility issues occurs, the risks of falling, tripping or somehow doing ourselves an injury is dramatically increased. These incidents sometimes bring about broken bones, hospital admissions, even surgery and the cascading effects from there, which stop us enjoying the things we love and being our best.

Fortunately we have a programme which is aimed at improving balance, mobility, stability and strength to help you decrease the risk of injuries from falls, tripping and slipping etc.

Our programmes commences by assessing the reasons for your balance, mobility or strength issues and then we individualise a programme to help start addressing these issues.

You may then qualify to join in our small group classes to build your progress and get you back to being Your best and doing the things you need to do and love doing.
