You’ll meet with the physio after filling in some paperwork describing you, your health history and your health goals and then sit down together & discuss your problem. A detailed examination will then follow where the physio will determine your problem and the reasons for it. A treatment plan will then be discussed with you before we start treatment.

With follow up consultation we will work with you toward progressing your treatment, self care & outcome with further assessment, treatment, advice and usually progression of your exercises. This will allow you to improve at the pace necessary for your type of situation.

As principle of this practice, I am happy to discuss any concerns you have with regard to our service. I trust our relationship with you will be exciting and beneficial.

Warm regards,

Adam Tysoe
